To: proud American in Canada

I had the second Moderna shot on Tuesday this week. Yesterday was a bit of the crud. Mild fever, controlled with Tylenol, and a brief half hour with chills. Turned up the heat and piled on a blanket and was fine.

It’s about the same as the Shingrix vac, at least it was for me.

Back at work today and feeling fine.

I'd had the earlier Shingles vaccine that consisted of one shot. Then I had the two-shot version. The only thing I experienced with the second shot was redness and tenderness at the injection site.
