My Wifoo asked me when I’m going to get vaccinated. I told her ‘when the FDA approves the vaccines’.
Pfizer and Moderna have all the required data to file for full FDA approval and are expected to do so in the next few weeks. It will likely take FDA a few months to process that, but on the strength of all the data collected thus far in the US and abroad, it’s expected they’ll both gain full FDA approval by this fall.
I think there are a lot of people waiting for that to happen, so it’ll be good to reach that milestone so they feel comfortable getting vaccinated.
