I wonder what kind of moron takes a vaccine for a virus they’ve already survived and have the antibodies? I will say 80% of the people I know who’ve taken the vaccine have had an adverse reaction. To include my Mom who still isn’t right over one month later. She regrets it and will not take a booster.

I would also like to see the link from your previous post that discredits the use of HQC and Ivermectin. It wasn’t long ago that India was seeing a tremendous drop in cases dispensing those protocols over the counter and the surge appears to have started when the vaccine became more widely available.

Just spoke to an individual who had the COVID in November and received the vaccine in March who said the COVID was much worse than the vaccine. I haven’t met a single person reporting a reaction more serious than the reactions normally associated with vaccines, ie, soreness, a few days of tiredness, mild fever, etc.

I had my first dose of Pfizer two weeks following surgery where I spent almost eight hours on the operating table. I was only mildly fatigued for a couple of days. Of course, that could have been the vaccine or it could have been the surgery.

Then there is this:

“If I have already had COVID-19 and recovered, do I still need to get vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine?”

“Yes, you should be vaccinated regardless of whether you already had COVID-19. That’s because experts do not yet know how long you are protected from getting sick again after recovering from COVID-19. Even if you have already recovered from COVID-19, it is possible—although rare—that you could be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19 again. Learn more about why getting vaccinated is a safer way to build protection than getting infected.”

“If you were treated for COVID-19 with monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma, you should wait 90 days before getting a COVID-19 vaccine. Talk to your doctor if you are unsure what treatments you received or if you have more questions about getting a COVID-19 vaccine.”

“Experts are still learning more about how long vaccines protect against COVID-19 in real-world conditions. CDC will keep the public informed as new evidence becomes available.”

No, the vaccine did not cause the surge.

India and most third world countries relied upon HQC and Ivermectin because they were available. A case of something might be better than nothing.

Do you really think that India would forgo HQC and Ivermectin if they were as effective as the anti-vaxxers would have you believe once the vaccines were available.

The vaccines are far more effective than HQC and Ivermectin regardless of what the anti-vaxxer cultists would have you think.

BTW, interesting article in WSJ today reporting that the availability of vaccines were driving the reduction in new COVID cases. (There is a paywall.)

mild cases may not build many antibodies
old people may not build many antibodies
genetic glitches in people may lead to less antibodies being produced

I’ve been poked many times with vaccines for travel. A universal given is, sore, maybe warm arm, headache, malaise, loss of appetitite, and sleepiness for a day or two.

India is in ‘spring’ right now - very hot (over 90), very humid, day after day, so more people inside in A/C; and humidity IIRC is condusive to viral spread. Over prior two months, several massive demonstrations by farmers coming in from the countryside.
