true, there are claims India is hiding the real numbers

It occurs to me that India isn't a Communist dictatorship like China, and isn't really equipped to hide death tolls. That country is filled with foreign charity groups and NGOs, and they would get the word out if the death count was far higher than the Indian government was prepared to admit. I'm really not sure how much of this is more COVID-porn being churned out by the press. The official India death count is about 1/3 of ours - if that number is bogus, I'd expect charity groups and other independent bodies to call it out. They haven't.

Ngos are calling out the death numbers as low. There are at least 100 articles on Google showing the real numbers.
