I think mostly flu and some pneumonia. Some doctors would have seen past this and ALSO diagnosed pneumonia (I've seen a record like that in VAERS, both Covid and pneumonia ) which means that lucky soul probably was treated for pneumonia and 'magically' the Covid-19 seemed to just resolve.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has a good video interview where the (I think compelling) case that flu (virus) was never as bad as we were told. They rolled the numbers in with much much larger numbers for pneumonia (bacterial) to create false fear to push us to get the flu vax. They trained us to think we needed a new flu vax every year, as if variants necessarily erased our prior immunity.
I forget the annual flu deaths they were warning us with but I'll guess it was something like 175,000 per year. Kennedy pointed out if that were the annual death toll for flu, we'd all know someone who died of flu. He asks people he meets if they know anyone who died of flu and he has only had one person respond, "Yes."
Kennedy's estimate was under 2000 deaths from flu and the rest were pneumonia. So they were ready to do the same when Covid came along - roll it in with PI (pneumonia + influenza) and report it as PIC for 2020 (pneumonia + influenza + covid).
It's a house of cards.
They rewired the reporting of death, utilizing a fake test with 90% false positives and then requiring any death from a person who had a positive (Fake) Covid-19 test within 60 days be counted as a Covid death. They also advised that if no test was given, the person be presumed to have died from Covid. That's how they padded the numbers.
