I remembered that Ken Paxton the TX AG has done some stuff, suits against the feds IIRC. I can’t look it up right now. What else can TX do, not sure.

Yes....Paxton is doing great work.

Abbott just always seems (to me) to be playing catch up/late to the draw (with opening up, mask mandates, etc.)

I wonder what DeSantis would do, w/TXs situation. 🤔
