Boy do I agree with you on that. The price is the beachfront. That place needs a complete makeover because what is in those pics is ugly.
You have to shout to one another in the living room. It is like a couch and a chair in a basketball court sized room.
It’s not that bad. AFterall it’s on the beach. It’s “beachy”. It would make a nice vacation rental but I couldnt live in it. Id have to get rid of the all carpeting, including the very appropriate “key lime green” in the bedroom.
Probably old money that has passed on and now the estate is unloading it.
As a tell tech in that area I saw some pretty ornate interiors that underwent uptodate transformations after the flip

No kidding. The decorator must have been smoking the sofa that day. But the exterior is lovely. I do like the one bedroom decor with “Florida green” paint.
My sister just sold their condo on the Gulf of Mexico— more square feet, wider, with equal views — for $1 million. Of course it doesn’t have the cachet of the celebrity neighbors that Sean’s has. With claustrophobia, I don’t go for that “row house” layout of these condos.
