Invite some vandals over every weekend and throw a party and encourage them to abuse your neighbor and thier property. Do this until your neighbor quits and moves. Now, next weekend when the vandals show up for your weekly party, shoot them and bury them on your ex neighbors property and let the cops find the bodys and charge your neighbor with the crime. . . Meanwhile you now take control of your neighbors abandoned property. You have just used the usefull idiots. And it cost you a few beers and dogs to own your neighbor. In the end the usefull idiots will get their just wages.. prison or death.
