*HUG*
Hey little evil grin twin!
Yes, I am better today, thank you!
No, they do not know what caused it.
The CAT scan came back just fine.
Now, comes the detective work!
Following your conversations. sorry to hear of your troubles.
This exact thing happened to my wife on Monday morning - (our wedding anniversary)
I heard her fall then she screamed for me.
She didn’t faint, she blacked out - no memory of what happened.
It looked like she went 3 rounds with Muhammad Ali.
3 knots on her head...2 black eyes...hard bruises on both sides of her arms\elbows
skinned knee, blood drops coming out of her nose but it wasn’t a nose bleed.
Near as we can figure is she blacked out going into the bathroom, bounced off each side of the doorway, and hit a lot of things on the way down - toilet\sink\door then the floor.
She called her dr. after about 5 hours and was advised to go to ER.
6-hour wait.
Did a CT scan of her head and neck.
No signs of cardiac or stroke\seizure episodes.
No idea what caused it - yet they said she could feel woozy for a couple of days.
How could they even make that guess?
Hospital required masks period...their masks.
I couldn’t be in the ER waiting room, so I waited in a chair in a hallway.
After about 2 hours, what I thought was a Karen, started reading me the riot act about not wearing a mask.
I told her I didn’t understand a word she said because she was wearing a mask.
She almost took her mask off but didn’t.
She threatened to call security and I said go ahead.
She must work at the hospital as she had security on speed dial.
Flashlight cop with arrest powers about twice as wide and half again taller than me requested I take it outside.
My wife is seeing her dr. ( or physician’s assistant) tomorrow.
She is still kinda light-headed and woozy and hurts all over.
My wife had the 2nd Moderna in March.
Did you get the covid vaccine(s)?
