Lori Vallow Daybell found incompetent to move forward with court proceedings.

She’s the ‘doomsday mom’ from Idaho who wouldn’t tell where her kids (JJ and Tylee) and flew off to Hawaii with her new man. The kids were found buried on Chad Daybell’s property.
