Dropped by Sherwin-Williams today to see if they could do a color match for the new house. They said there is a paint shortage!

I hear it is so bad, that next week they will be known only as "Sherwin".

We recently updated colors, at the family lake place.

The SW manager told us that they can’t even make sample sizes, right now, because the base color, in that size, is OUT of stock, pretty much across the country.

And, they’re having a hard time supplying oil based (exterior and trim) paints, due to shortages.

Maybe a chemical used in paint is Made in China?? I have no idea.
