Yeah with your tongue surgery I’m sure that has changed your eating habits, and therefore your cooking habits.

I just made a big lasagna. For the two of us. My idea is that we will freeze most of it, and use that as meals when I’m tired of cooking. I need to think of a few more things to do like that. I’m tired of spending a lot of time cooking plus trying to come up with ideas. Especially since I should really be unpacking more than I really am. Now if I even open up a box I figure I have accomplished something.

Soups and pastas are good to freeze.

I’m still a meat eater, eat my steak medium rare, so if its a good steak, no problem, usually. But the nerve and bone damage, which I was told probably wouldn’t happen with my surgery, did happen. Gonna have to have a few teeth removed and a partial plate. Its very depressing but at least I can hopefully eat steak again.
