I never like Pence, either. I really didn’t KNOW of anything in particular that he’d done, he just made me feel really uncomfortable. He talks in such a scripted, phony manner. If Pence was forced on Trump to get RINO backing, well that tells me a lot as well.
I think my red flags were confirmed when Peter Navarro said some very damning statements about Pence. Navarro said Pence committed the greatest betrayal of a president ever. I like Navarro and think he knows of what he speaks. Again, my dislike of Pence goes back long before the election.....it’s my spidey sense.
I never knew much about Pence but just his demeanor wasn’t exciting. I really don’t have anything against that albino thing he has going. But he did seem pretty colorless next to trump. Not even Complementary, like in a calmer way. Just kind of like you both said, seemed too much like a politician and malleable. We’ve had way too many of those. But mainly it was the GOPe wanting him that made me suspicious.
And all the nice things Trump has said over him over four years, that’s just trumps way. He gets the best out of people and that’s how he does it. But I think a lot of what he said was just projecting, and hoping.
