Do you think it’s possible that Biden’s insisting on wearing a mask when he is outdoors is a result of his dementia? It seems like he cannot be reasoned with to understand that the CDC has said it is no longer necessary. The people around him must go along with him.

One of them is now saying that Biden does it out of habit. If he has vascular dementia, parts of his brain still work while other parts do not.

After his speech to a car rally on Thursday he spent more than 30 seconds searching for his mask. Eventually Dr. Jill brought a new one to the podium. Then Biden found it in his pocket. The rushing over by Dr. Jill with a new mask, instead of just having Biden walk away from the podium without one is very interesting. She must know that Biden will simply not be outdoors without a mask on unless he is speaking from a podium.
