Way to go, Mo!

These strange times we are in are definitely separating the wheat from the chaff.

Maricopa Arizona Audit
@ArizonaAudit

Thank you Commissioner @BernardKerik for coming to the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum on June 9th to learn about the forensic audit procedures we have implemented in the Maricopa County election audit.

Great detailed explanation!

FTA:

The Devastating Reality of the Arizona Forensic Audit

By Bernard Kerik

Tuesday, 15 June 2021

Democrats and the mainstream media have been aggressively denouncing the Maricopa County, Arizona election audit from the beginning.

At, first I didn’t understand why.

I thought that it was because they were afraid of what the results would be, but I now believe it’s something far worse.

The Democrats aren’t “just” afraid of the outcome – but they’re afraid that the audit results will be irrefutable and unimpeachable. They know that their efforts to discredit the audit process in Arizona will not stand up to scrutiny and here’s why.

The Arizona audit is being run impeccably, utilizing security and surveillance procedures with a longstanding track record of effectiveness.

To say that I was impressed after viewing the audit process for myself would be a massive understatement. I’ve spent decades working in security and law enforcement at the highest levels, and this is exactly the level of conscientiousness and attention to detail that I would demand for a sensitive or high-profile investigation.

They’re not trying to reinvent the wheel; they’re using the same methods casinos have used for decades to catch cheaters.

It’s common knowledge that casinos are exceptionally good at catching cheaters, and if anybody tries to pull a fast one during the Arizona audit, they face the same long odds of getting away with it.

“Every ballot reviewed by the auditors goes through distinct stages, starting with a simple count. One by one, ballots are placed on rotating stands in the middle of each table, and each one is viewed and counted by three separate people, whose independent tallies must line up. Each batch has 50 ballots, and once all of them are counted they’re boxed, sealed, and marked with the name of each counter, much like an evidence label.

The box is then taken to a locked cage until it is ready for review at the next station.”

No wonder people from other states are coming to watch the process. I hope every other audit is done the same way. And that there are lots of them! Too bad the whole election wasn’t run this way.

Well now, I’m known for being the Queen of finding the unique. But I didn’t know there were videos of grass growing, clouds passing, and paint drying, so I doff my pin-laden hat to you!

If you’re interested, I can hook you up with videos of a Polish company that deep cleans area rugs in their shop. They’re not explaining how to do it, just filming the cleaning.

The truck driver doesn’t produce videos; he just livestreams but then they’re stored on his YouTube channel for watching at any time. He’s done a few product reviews of items that might be of interest to truckers or travelers, and he’s done some livestreaming from his Segway (carries it in the truck with him) but no interviews. Best I’ll get is my photo with him posted on his webpage.

And yes, it can get boring. But that’s real life of a trucker. I guess that’s why I like watching it, being an ex-truck driver. He has viewers from around the world because they want to see what America looks like and will probably never visit. I know there’s a truck driver in Germany who livestreams as well.

His website/YouTube channel have been approved for use in an education setting. Teachers can also use his channel both to explain truck driving as an occupation, how the economy works in relation to shipping things from a manufacturer to a retail location, as well as geography. Sometimes he throws in historical tidbits that teachers can expand on.

Here’s the YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/BigRigTravels/featured

Here’s his website; he has a trip map, a 24/7 windshield camera so you can see even when he’s not livestreaming, and also information about the load after he’s delivered to the receiver: https://bigrigtravels.com/

This is my favorite travel YouTuber; he travels in his RV van around the country and makes videos of interesting places, scenery and whatever strikes his fancy. I think he’s in Pennsylvania right now. He does edit his videos:https://www.youtube.com/c/rvertv/featured

If you like history, here’s one I recently discovered. His videos are about historical people and events (lots of military but also things like the 1977 New York City blackout). They’re all fairly short, in the 10-15 minute range: https://www.youtube.com/c/TheHistoryGuyChannel/featured

And to be fair, Rusty did ask for ‘interesting’ not ‘celebrity’. ;)

OK my FRiends.....I have a question regarding the game of Rummy.

We were playing today and have a conundrum which we could not solve by looking at the rules. I told my daughter I’d ask my FReeper FRiends, because they know everything lol.

When one person lays down a set, say the 4, 5, and 6 of spades, and another player adds on by (when it’s their turn) laying down the 7 and 8 of spades, does that end the laying down of additional cards for that set? I’ve always played that if someone lays down the original set (4,5,6), and then another player adds the 7 and 8, then anyone can add onto that - lay down a 9, or 9 and 10, or the 3, or 2 and 3. My daughter said that once someone lays down one addition to the original set, then that ends it. Nobody can add on to the add on.

Anyone have any knowledge of what is right? Anyone actually know what I’m talking about lol?

It can go either way.
The players have to agree on the rules of any game.

I was just a little surprised that nothing was mentioned in the rules. I also wondered what was generally accepted among my FRiends.

The Rummy we play is the same as you describe, you can keep adding onto your or another players cards.

So that’s one point for you.

“And I love any kind of cookies.”

You don’t mean those with raisins, do you Gran? Anything except those cookies hiding those nasty little dried grapes in them, right? Raisins.....the worst.
