This is an important reminder of what Memorial Day is all about. A local coffee shop set up a table for the “Missing Man”- the service member who gave his or her life so we may enjoy America’s freedoms. Take a moment to remember the fallen and their families this weekend.

What a great idea, and even easy to make. I bought some Maple Jimmy Dean, which hubby doesn’t like. I think I’ll make those strips with some of that.

I’ve got to wash all of the little leaves on my two fake trees today. If they weren’t so darned expensive I’d go buy two new ones. The stager wants to use them, darn it. There are hundreds of leaves on each tree. At least with the real trees I can just kill them and buy new.
Have you gone to a doctor and told them about it? If it keeps up you really should go. I had this happen to me and they gave me a referral to physical therapy where they gave me the shock treatment (Tinge machine) and warm compresses. That felt so good.
