Unless you're like me, and I can't listen to something I want to concentrate on and do something else at the same time. Like, I can't listen to an audiobook and drive at the same time-I totally tune out the audiobook.

That makes me think of a friend that used to send her mother flowers on her (the friend’s) birthday. My friend said her mother did all the work that day and if she hadn’t, my friend wouldn’t be here. So it’s her mother that deserves the presents.

Ok, I’m not sure who might have some input on this question so it’s a free-for-all!

I swear that today I’ve received 5 unsolicited calls about refinancing my house. All from the same place, which appears to be my current mortgage company. In the past 6 months I’ve received emails and calls from other companies as well. I’ve got a fairly low interest rate plus I don’t plan on staying here so I didn’t worry about maybe saving $80 a month.

But now, I’m wondering. I know there would be stuff like closing costs, etc. Would I have to pay up front or would it be rolled over into the new mortgage? Another down payment or would that be included in the new mortgage? Would the new mortgage start the 30 years over (I don’t want to cash out; reducing the monthly payment would be the only thing)?

I seriously don’t think I would do it (even if I decide that this is my retirement home) and I don’t want to call the lender to ask; they’d probably start calling me every 30 minutes!!

You shouldn’t have to pay anything except minimal fee for paperwork. Eighty bucks a month adds up to $960 a year.

I'm so fortunate and happily blessed to be so close to my mom over anyone else. We are after all only sixteen years apart in age!

And you all survived. Today seems more about calling out anything that we've been Doing for years as our parents and we are all still here! The left lies and calls us out, we must of lived wrong! The future of Woke is Dead because the young people of today have kids and will fight back. They work hard and pay a mortgage on their homes. The left gets more coverage in the media, but the new hard working group will get in their face better than we did. That's what I think. They could careless about politics but they care about their hard work to get their homes and their ail about their kids!
