Stephen Broderick, 41, was arrested on Monday walking along U.S. 290 after two people phoned police at around 7am. He was taken into custody without incident but had a pistol in his waistband. He is believed to have killed his wife Amanda, daughter Alyssa and Alyssa's boyfriend Willie on Sunday.

Wow, that video made me cry. Just imagine HE saved another city from being burned down, but cooperating with police when they asked him. I hope they take this into account when they give him a trial.
Yes, I hadn’t looked at it that way, but it was kind of heroic of him, to save the city and face up to whatever he has coming for prison time.
They should put him and that idiot judge in the same cell!

The wife pleaded with the judge not to let him take off the ankle monitor because she was afraid he’d kill her. Judge let him do it anyway.

Wow, a former cop who sexually assaulted is 16 year old daughter. He won’t do well in prison.
The strong inference in the story is that the daughter said he raped her and mom reported it. That lead to his divorce and being fired. I don't offer this as an excuse but rather a motive.
One little bit of new information here. The assault victim was a “family member.” It’s crazy, I’ve been thinking all day that part of his motivation might have been that he is a perv, a pedophile. He had a daughter about the same age as his victim. I have to wonder, did the fact that his daughter had a boyfriend set him off, because he really wanted his daughter for himself?
Keep reading. There was nothing heroic about it. He was a perv, plain and simple.
Who cares how he behaved? Although I am glad that he now has the opportunity to become a human toilet in prison. Suicide by cop would have been too good for him. He needs to be brutalized all day, every day
