I think a lot of folks that have commented on this post are looking at this wrong.
Is she dumber than a stump? Absolutely.
Is it obvious she has either never taken a civics or social studies class where the 3 branches of government were explained to her or she has totally rejected that idea due to her acceptance of liberal, hipster, “socialist” values? Absolutely, one of the other or both.
But, she’s also too dumb to realize that she’s supporting the ability of state legislatures and Governors to write, pass and sign into laws, ones that cannot be challenged or overturned by any federal court. No more running to the 9th Circuit or DC Circuit to get a nationwide injunction.
States want to ignore the NFA, okey dokey. Folks don’t want to participate in any of the immigration or refugee directives, okey dokey.
