Why won’t the VA test you for antibodies?

Well, like my VA doc said, they are socialized medicine, so on the cheap.
I didn’t ask. the shot nurse said, “we don’t test for that”.
I’ll ask next time I see the Dr.
Interesting thing...I cancelled the 2- shot Moderna reservations as, if I was going to get a shot it would
be J&J.(so much for that)
My PCP didn’t give me a hard time and my VA Pharm-D(Pharmacist) asked if I had issues.
I said yes and both let me alone.
The interesting thing is, they are both usually push me to do what they want.
