The self-proclaimed Marxist organization ‘Black Lives Matter’ has very specific instructions for white people if they dare enter ‘George Floyd Square’ – the intersection where he died in May of 2020.

“A sacred space for community, public grief and protest,” the sign reads in the sub-heading.

“This is where George Floyd took his last breath under the knee of a Minneapolis police officer, under the watch of three other officers,” it adds, as if Floyd was a sacred religious figure.

In the lower half of the flyer, BLM gets racial with white people and basically tells them to “behave”.

“For White people in particular”, the sign clarifies.

“Decenter yourself and come to listen, learn, mourn and witness. Remember you are here to support, not to be supported. Be mindful of whether your volume, pace, and movements are supporting or undermining your efforts to decenter yourself,” it says.

“Seek to contribute to the energy of the space, rather than drain it. Bring your own processing to other white folks so that you will not harm BIPOC,”

“If you witness white folks doing problematic things, speak up with compassion to take the burden off Back folks and our siblings of color whenever appropriate,” they conclude.
