FWIW, I and another FReeQ pm'd about this and having skimmed the document, we found Bernhardt's description is likely excessive. Since I didn't have time to read the whole thing (89 pages), I posted the PDF with my own description here:
We did see all the media manipulation and messaging that is very creepy. Looking at the timing of mRNA research, I believe they were prepared to launch a planned-demic with Hillary as president; she would have forced manditory 'vaccinations' and it wouldn't matter if the public didn't want an experimental vaccine or not.
When Trump won, they had to neaten up their act and planning had to go above ground and look 'natural' and wait for the steal. It's all 100% disturbing and seems to use the Bible as a reference book for the End Times. Even Biden talking about restricting commerce....creepy to the max!
Your words in your other post about this document being “Orwellian” were perfect. Creepy psuedo “caring”, for the “greater good” type thinking. “What must we do to make sure citizens do not have ungood thoughts or social media posts about the almighty sacred vaX-ine??”
