After watching the video, it appeared to me that the woman had the bobcat in a pet carrier as she walks between the two cars.
I wonder if they caught the animal and were in the midst of transferring it to another cage in the back of their car when the bobcat attacked them.

No...as the husband appears from behind his vehicle (that apparently needs a wash) he's holding it above his head to look at it...he clearly sounds surprised as he yells "OMG...it's a bobcat!"

Also...about 4 to 5 seconds into the video, you can see that bobcat run from the yard across the street.
No doubt it sensed the family cat that was in the pet carrier.
