Well, our perfectly healthy 70 yo friend died in his sleep, the very day he received his 1st Pfizer shot.
No health issues, no meds. Had just celebrated Easter w/family/grandkids.
No sign of heart attack or stroke.
If he died unexpectedly and not while under a Doctor’s he HAD to have had an autopsy. By law.
So something was written on his death certificate and either his family didn’t tell you or you’re not adding it to your comment.
Let’s be honest here. His cause of death was found. Perhaps ask his family before assuming.

I know three guys who were, admittedly, not well men. After their shots it was like they were given a nudge at the top of a sliding board and took the permanent slide. I'll take that shot in my cold, dead shoulder.
Dying just one day after receiving the Pfizer shot is too soon. Maybe it was an undiagnosed illness like syphilis. It can evade detection and after years of infection can damage your heart, brain, eyes, and other organs. This damage may go unnoticed and without a simple penicillin treatment, it can kill you.
