I don’t know if it’s common or not but a slice of bread (or toast preferably) with butter, then peanut butter on that, is one of my go to hunger killers.
When I crave a “sweet”, and we have no cookies or candy... I’ll take a slice of toast, put butter on it, then light sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon. 5 seconds in the microwave, if the butter didn’t melt completely. YUM
