I agree with you from the studies I have read-—However, there’s no long term studies that have been done and my skepticism comes (mostly) from government, BIG tech and corporations ramming it down our throats.

The real apparent reason, which sheepherders and farmers knew about for a long time, is that the animals would eat plants high in oxalates when grazing. Oxalates are natural pesticide in the plant to protect it from insects. It is an abrasive that eventually wipes out the lining of the gut and then results in the body producing its own oxalate. Humans acquire oxalises the same way, by heating health food: spinach, beets, almond milk, nuts, chocolate and high dose vitamin C. It eventually results in brain fog, fatigue, dehydration and neuromuscular disease and Alzheimers like disease.
