I think it is joyful as we move closer and closer to the real Return of the King, Jesus Christ because he spoke of this time. (Mark 13)
It is folly to worship the US as our hope. Did we really expect the murder of 72 million babies and the exaltation of homosexuality would earn us a free pass from God? We mocked God and now we reap what has been sown. (Gal 6:7)
So we are being judged. Cool. Now let’s turn to Christ and ask him to help us get rid of our personal sin and hypocrisy and live for Him. And bring someone with us on this journey.

If by this you mean the government I am complete agreement. But I do believe there is a segment of our population who will rally us against Government if things get to far out of hand.
The movement needs a leader.
