You have to be acting purposefully obtuse, just so you can come off as being right. I never said they couldn't order a service member to take a vaccine. I said they couldn't force anyone to take the Coof shot until it either comes off the emergency waiver, or the Commander in Chief sings a waiver. Also, people must consent. The law in question (don't remember the name, not going to search for you) was passed by Congress, and upheld in 2003 by a DC District Court judge. I know this, because I was paying attention after being forced to take the 1991 anthrax vaccine during my trip to the Gulf. That's why the DOD made the rule, and that's why GW Bush signed the waiver and forced service members to make a choice. No service member is going to be forced to get the Coof shot until whoever is the President signs the waiver...just like I said.
“No matter how certain you think you are, as long as the Coof “vaccine” is administered under an emergency waiver, and has not gone through proper and complete testing and approval, they can not by law force any service member to take it, and service members CAN, and should say “no” if ordered to. The proof that they can not legally force them to take it is that so far they haven’t tried to force them to take it, and in the fact that the Covid cult is trying to get the military to ignore the law in place.”
That is what you said.
My response was appropriate.
