Absolutely, the “problem” though is they can’t order anybody to take vaccinations that aren’t approved by the FDA.
This is (obviously) evident on its face, by the simple fact they haven’t ordered everybody to take the WuHan Flu shot. Because they can’t, and they know they can’t. So what we’re witnessing now is the usual, customary leftist jiggery-pokery trying to find a workaround to federal law. Notice their verbiage - this is always a tell when it comes to their wankery. They call it a “Rule”. It isn’t a rule, it is absolutely federal law nobody can be compelled or forced to take an experimental, emergency use only vaccine. Nor can one be threatened or coerced or extorted to do so. They don’t concern themselves with such things, but that’s what is going on.
