Yes, me too. It also keeps asking me for a website. I messaged that it was for my personal use and that I needed a price first.
I am currently awaiting an emailed response. (they state within 6 hours)
Just went on to the link again and someone messaged me asking the same questions. When they got to the website part I pressed skip. Took me back to the original final page and hopefully will here back from them via email.
