Energy Harbor sounds like Griddy of the Great Texas Freeze (in)fame.
Griddy wholesaled electric power and lured people in with the low rates.
Rates were low when climate was mold, but during the Arctic blast in Feb, rates went sky high, and people got thousand dollar electric bills.
