By the camo pattern on the uniform and the F88A1 Austeyr rifle (copy of the Steyr AUG) on the first and third guys, I think they are Australian Army. The second guy is a probably a terp (interpreter), and the last two with the M-16s ANA (Afghan National Army).

Second time this week I’ve learned a new term. I like terp.
My 92 yr/o dad was telling me that we could stay in 24 hour truck gas stations (diesel?) and that they have round the clock security from Lot Lizards.
And my very bad, I asked my dad what a Lot Lizard was and he laughed and said.. “A prostitute.” Thanks, Dad! Ever the educator lol.
