I overdid yesterday, then took a 1 1/2 phone call that would been much better not to have taken, and then another 1 hour one later ditto. Taught me (apparently I needed yet another lesson, hopefully the final) that getting involved in other peoples’ dramas doesn’t help them and definitely doesn’t help my heart.
