SCOTUS didn’t make a decision on hearing\no hearing until Oct 2011. Same SCOTUS as today except Scalia\Kennedy\Ginsburg
District court said Keyes should have filed before Obama took the oath of office.
The appeals (the 9th) said he should have filed before the election.
Both said there is no longer a way to remove a president outside of impeachment.
In essence, they both said they - they being the courts - no longer had standing.
