I saw that too!

I’m in the 495/rt-2 area, and it was still a bit to my east. WIthin 5 minutes, I got inside and went to ADS-B Exchange, and it looked like it was a commercial airbus.

Did you go to the link I posted? This a/c is STILL up above CA, 300 knots at 50,000 feet. Departed from Beale AFB. Looks like its been up 8 hours so far.

Also, here in MA, I noticed a LOT of crossing contrails this afternoon. I’m not a chem trail follower, but this was noticibly unusual.

Out here in western MA I saw very high contrails too!!!!!!!!

The drone over CA is done, after about 8 hours of work today. 11 min after the hour, down from 50,000 to 30,000 feet and descending.

Fascinating pattern it flew.

I know where you are, I'm from Marlboro was stationed ant Ft Devens 76-79 and again as a civilian in 81 lived in Leominster/Fitchburg at that time

There was a lot more air traffice today then I’ve ever seen in the last year. We don’t get much over Rutland (MA) but WOW. Today was crazy. No chem trails in MA.

If that was an Airbus that was a monster. Never seen a jet that high fly that fast.
