Lower courts said no standing. One judge was going to hear the evidence from Orly Taitz but when the court date showed up he changed his mind. He had hire (been forced to hire?) a clerk who had worked for Coie Perkins or whatever that lawyer firm 0bola and other derps use.

The judge was in LA and a former marine.

No case ever made it to SCOTUS.

depends on what you mean by “made it to SCOTUS.”

Amb. Alan Keyes case was appealed to SCOTUS who declined to hear it without comment.
