They got it right for South Carolina. But if one wants good NY style and from what I hear is one of the best attempts at Chicago deep dish outside of the city in one place go to Famulari’s. 1 location in Mt. Pleasant and 3 in Summerville.
Maryland would be the original Ledo’s Pizza.
This is just hipster fetish bullshit
Like the woke idiots they are they ruin everything
Five Points Pizza in Nashville is not even close.....
Joeys House of Pizza
Arcade Pizza
Mafiozas on 12 south for bubble crust Naples style
That’s easy
Illinois they may actually have gotten close anyhow...
I’m in Texas and I say yankee, New Yawk pizza can take a long walk on a short pier!
Additionally, I am not surprised that they selected a joint in Austin-Socialist-Heaven!
I’ll call BS on Pensylvania’s.
The best in PA is Salerno’s in Old Forge.
Based on the Georgia entry, this list is legit. APN is awesome, and they’ve maintained quality with their expansion from the original location near GA Tech. The Battery and Avalon locations make pizza that’s indistinguishable from the original, which is a good thing.
My wife loves Pizzeria Bianca in Phoenix, I find it to be good, but not the best. Downtown is 15 miles away and there are a half dozen pizza places within 2 miles that I’d go to first before making the drive downtown.
Lou Malnati’s isn’t bad, but I know WAY better single-store pizza places around greater Chicagoland.
Any corner pizzaria in NYC.
Now I have the plans for my retirement road trip!
Pizza 7 days a week....!!
This should be called “the best pizza place you’ve never heard of”. Cafe Rio? A hole in the wall in Ruidoso, NM.
Some states, they give the city. Others they don’t. Sloppy writing.
Almost any pizza in Buffalo, except Pizza huts, is the best.
The competition is pretty stiff there. You have to be good to survive.
And add an order of wings with that.
My goodness! wars have been fought over lesser matters!
Crappy list.
Especially NH where they recommend Greek pizza. If you like greasy, spongey crust with canned sauce, by all means have a Greek NH pizza. Thank God I moved to SW Florida where real pizza abounds!
Nope. It’s Sal’ Netcong Pizza in Netcong
no West Virginia or Wyoming, but they have Puerto Rico & DC ? Were we replaced?
I’m going to have to try Lost Pizza in Collierville TN. Right now the best pizza in TN is Caio Baby in Collierville. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. And I grew up in NJ and lived near Chicago.
I’m not a fan of Lou Malnati’s.....just saying.
