If things remain as they are, almost nil.

They are generally getting what they want without fighting. The CCP can't really trust the average PLA soldier or PLAN sailor.

Qualitatively they are nowhere near as good as their opposing forces service members.

That said, I am reminded of a quote from Joseph Stalin, "Quantity has a quality all its own."
