Looking at the picture at the above link...
DC EMS leaves a lot to be desired. The patient is not secured or stabilized onto the stretcher and looks as if they are about to fall off. No backboard, and it looks as if the upper section is raised, instead of laying flat.
No oxygen mask, arms and legs not secured.
Very sloppy operation.
I could understand doing a snag and run, however law enforcement had secured the area by this time. There was time enough to properly package the patient.
Probably cause confirmed already.
