If we’re anything like the soviet union, one day everybody will just basically walk away. Political reality will become so far detached from actual reality that it will become paralyzed.

I have been wondering the same thing.
The federal government has lost all credibility and deserves no respect.

I have to amend my post. We’ve already achieved paralysis with the plandemic lockdowns etc., but we’ve just kept right on going down hill from there. Interesting times.
