That was irrefutable proof of massive voter fraud. You physically can't create a dimple but punching one card. You can only create a dimple if the card are stacked and poked using an ice pick or something.
Given NO ONE pointed out the obvious mass voter fraud that everyone can visually see. The media and our elected offices have been in on this racket for a long time

That's true and it would have been in the time frame of just after dominion/scytl was created by Hugo chavez in Venezuela.I guess it's possible they started the cheat waaay back then. Guess who was in charge of the cheat you will never believe it!!

If I remember correctly, a device that did exactly that was found in the trunk of a dim campaign worker. It was designed to align a stack of punch cards, then a tool was rammed through the stack at a precise location. If a card represented a vote for man-bear-pig, there was no change, but if a vote was cast for someone else, it created a card with a double vote and was tossed out as invalid.
