“Officials seem top refuse to acknowledge any vaccine related problems but anyone who dies is stated as having died from covid.”

While many anti-vaxxers seem refuse to acknowledge that anyone dies of Covid. Mirror images.

I think you misunderstand the situation.

The main question over the last year has been about what level of risk does this COVID virus present? Actions taken as a response to COVID have their own risks, and a rational person, or rational governments, would assess the risk of the disease versus the risk presented by the reponses to the disease. For example, lockdowns and masks have their owns risks, booth to an individual's health and to the cultural and economic health of the country (which will also affect personal health after a fashion).

The main point of contention for the last year has NOT been that COVID doesn't exist, or that is poses NO threat, but that our responses to the (minimal) threat that COVID poses, and the resulting risk/damage assumed by those responses, far exceed any rational action. In other words - the cure has been worse than the disease, by orders of magnitude.

Now we have a new response presented and on the verge of being mandated - vaccines for COVID. These vaccines are experimental and carry their own risks, both short term and long, up to and including the possibility of death.

Regardless of how infrequent the more severe and immediate risks of the vaccine may be, they are magnified by the fact that there IS NO NEED FOR THOSE RISKS AT ALL, at least for 99% of the population. It doesn't matter how relatively small the vaccine risk is IF THE RISK FROM THE VIRUS ITSELF IS EVEN SMALLER. It is still blatantly irrational even to consider taking it under those circumstances.

Why assume any risk when you don't need to?
