My comment regarding “Expect court challenges by the nonsheeple.”:
Some could be based on equal protection clause in the Constitution.
Others could be based on anything in law that prohibits “second class citizens”.
Others, as noted in the post, could be based on the illegality of mandating something that is under an EUA.

Essentially what Rutgers is forcing upon their students is a mandatory policy for a vaccine that is not FDA approved. However, faculty and staff are not required, only the students.
