I keep bringing it up everywhere I go that we don't need unions in either govt. or education.

Education is government.

All public sector (government) unions are from the devil, and they are one of the mechanisms for failure. I saw this first-hand in my career. Government unions destroy, just as private sector unions do.

All unions must burn.

I got a personal grudge against unions, and its bad. Don't get me started. : )
