After reading that, I have come to a conclusion. The best answer to this riddle is to give everybody a needle full of fakery. A placebo.
That will shut up the sheepish snivellers who were taken in by the derp psyop while at the same time, not subject the entire population to this worrisome and mysterious concoction.
We have to be sure not to tell the Chinese, though. That might upset them and throw a fork in their won ton soup.
