The actual behavior will be to "allow" him back on the premise that it is far easier to use an already-established platform. Then they will ban him again just before the next election so he does not have time to form his own site.
Don't go back Mr. President. Build your own site. And take half of their advertising revenue with you. I pay for access to sites which also have ads, and I would gladly pay for yours.

All conservatives should leave Twitter and Facebook. I think they now exist solely to advance cancel culture.
If they banned him once they can ban him again. That can’t happen with his own platform. As long as he’s got the funding then go for it.
Actually Trump himself never said he was going to start a new social platform. He said he was thinking about putting forth some kind of platform. That could mean many things.

They’re consulting with “civil society organizations”? Like what/who? There is nothing civil about anybody they consult or take orders from.
I think he should call it Trumpet.
As long as it is limited to filth and fighting words, OK. But conflicting opinions are another matter. And that censorship is what drives us away from Fakebook and Tweetstorm.
