Port agent GAC said the stranded ship, Evegreen, had been partially refloated and moved alongside the canal bank.

Some of the strangeness on this current incident:
Tug ships involved and/or very nearby: BARAKA1, MOSAED2, MOSAED3
Call sign of Cargo Ship: H3RC. Name of Ship: EVERGREEN
US Secret Service code name for HRC: EVERGREEN
Incongruous reports of cause, including high winds and power outage. Which is it? Or, none of the above?
There's gotta be a lot more to this story. Was this ship purposely maneuvered into blocking the Suez? What is in the shipping containers?
