Women who exercise do get some healthy muscle tone like that.
Anyone works on a farm or ranch tends to that "healthy muscle tone".
Granted, some of the hand labor's been taken by these fancy robot machines (BIL has a quarter-million dollar combine that is supposed to let him sit in the kitchen, drink coffee and watch while it runs) but....well, ain't found a program yet to deal with a bad calving. Or the same old cow when that calf gets branded/docked/vaccinated.
Guess some will just have to deal with being "ripped" in our 80's.
Our kids don't sound too excited about this life. Yet.
