There are many studies that show that low levels on Vitamin D have strong negative correlations with COVID deaths. In fact researchers report that the prevalence of severe vitamin D deficiency (defined as 25(OH)D less than 25 nmol/L) STRONGLY AND NEGATIVELY CORRELATED with the COVID-19 death rate per million people.

Given that many Americans are so vitamin-depleted THAT THEY SUFFER FROM SCURVY, you can imagine that there are lots of excellent targets for COVID cases and deaths.
