78 year old people can stumble and fall independent of mental impairment. I have some experience there with my parents. I also have a relative who is sharp as tack but falls and constantly break bones. Of course she is in her 90s.
Absolutely. But since Biden has displayed increasing evidence of Dementia over the past year - it just adds to the 'perception' that Mr. Biden needs to be put out to rest.
